Booneville, Miss.,--Northeast Mississippi Community College will host Northwest Mississippi Community College tonight in another round of north division play at Bonner Arnold Coliseum.

Both the Tigers and Lady Tigers are coming off losses to Itawamba Community College (ICC) and will look to get into the North Division win column tonight at home.

In the opener tonight, Coach Brian Alexander and company will have a tall task with the Lady Rangers who will be traveling to Booneville with an overall record of 7-1 and 1-0 in the North.

Leading the way for the Lady Rangers is head coach Don Edwards (26th Season) who will lean on Shaquilla Isom, who averages 10 points per game (PPG) followed by Leah Lytle who averages eight.

Alexander's freshman duo Angelia Allen and Kay K. Tate will be called upon to lead the charge for Northeast.  Allen leads all scorers with 15 PPG while Tate averages 14.  Also, freshman standout LaTonya Gadison has had some great performances -- including a career high 16 points verses ICC.

On the men's side, Coach David Robbins will once again be without his top performer, sophomore Acie Vance, who averages 15 points per game -- due to an injury.  However, newcomers Tyler Brunson and KeDorian Sullivan have come on strong as of late, and both combined for 38 points verses Itawamba.
