Only two gates at the northwest and southeast corners of Tiger Stadium will be open for admission.

Players reported to the City of Hospitality on Monday, May 15 for measurements and room assignments. Both teams will hold five total practices over a three-day period to prepare for the contest.

The squads are split based upon the location of their high school either east or west of U.S. Highway 45 from the Tennessee state line to Shannon and U.S. Highway 45 Alternate to the junction of U.S. Highway 82.

The West evened the all-time series at two games apiece by shutting out the East in a 31-0 decision one year ago. It was the second consecutive victory for the West, which scored 10 points in the fourth quarter to win 17-16 in 2015.

The East captured the first two triumphs in the NEMFCA All-Star Game. They took a 10-7 double overtime affair in the inaugural matchup before routing the West 36-0 during the 2014 contest.

Tupelo High School's John Keith serves as head coach of the East squad. He is assisted by Andy Crotwell (Caledonia), Brandon Jackson (Tupelo), Jacob Massey (Amory), Rob McCoy (Mooreville), Chris McCrory (Saltillo), Chris Rainey (Amory), T.J. Seago (Mantachie) and Cody Stubblefield (Tupelo).
